Managertrainingprogram: Exciting visit at Zentis Aachen
We are happily reporting of our second visit at Zentis Aachen as part of the Managertrainingprogram by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action. Alice Kratky and her team welcomed our Iranian participants at the impressive FruitCampus next to Aachen’s headquarter. Besides an introduction to the global driving force’s history, important topics such as HR management and motivation strategies were addressed.
During the product tasting numerous improvements since our first meeting last June got visible. As Zentis is not only working with the food processing industry, but also operating for the final customer, numerous sustainable changes have already been realise, that are visible for the regular buyer.
For example the new packing materials for Zentis’ NaturRein products or the conversion of packaging of the classic Frühstücks-Konfitüre from plastic to glass. Further changes will be established on the market within the following months.
Besides the adjustments for B2B-customers, several developments for the B2C markets have also been made. Aachen’s fruit expert offers refinement of plant-based alternatives not only for dairy products such as yoghurt, but also various and diverse ways of preparation for baked goods. Here, the focus lies on the big trends such as less sugar, clean labels and further.
