Take your engineering skills to the next level
The M.Sc. MME-CAME is specifically designed to provide business management and technical skills to young engineering professionals. As an interdisciplinary Master's degree program, it combines sound knowledge of key engineering fundamentals such as the finite element method, numerical methods, simulation, mechanics and software engineering with solid knowledge of essential management processes in marketing, accounting, human resource and international business. Our Management and Engineering degree program will enable you to manage and adapt to business changes with innovative problem-solving skills and prepare you to move into advanced engineering positions as well as business leadership roles.
As an M.Sc. MME-CAME student, you will learn to
- develop and apply computer-aided modeling and simulation techniques in advanced manufacturing processes
- design and control increasingly digitally networked production systems
- deploy methods of data analysis for life cycle predictions and assessments of materials
- cultivate system-analytical thinking in quality management tasks
- connect technological questions with a business perspective through financial, human resource and strategic management skills
The MME-CAME program is under the academic direction of the Institute of General Mechanics (IAM), one of the oldest institutes at RWTH Aachen University. Whereas RWTH School of Business and Economics at RWTH Aachen University contributes the management modules. This unique combination enables current research results from both institutions to be directly incorporated into the curriculum to familiarize you with the latest advancement in technology and industrial practices.
