Your improvement project

Between the two training blocks, you will carry out an improvement project in your company using the Six Sigma methodology.

The corresponding project idea will be presented in the first training block. In the second block, you will present your results.

Work with the following methods

The DMAIC cycle is a systematic and data-driven methodology used in Six Sigma improvement approaches. DMAIC stands for Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control. Each phase represents a step in the process improvement journey, and the cycle is designed to enhance and optimize existing business processes.

DMAIC — Define

DMAIC — Measure

DMAIC — Analyze

DMAIC — Improve

DMAIC — Control

The DMAIC cycle is repetitious, allowing organizations to revisit and refine the process as needed. This structured approach enables teams to systematically address issues, optimize processes, and achieve sustainable improvements in quality and efficiency.
