Course Contents

The course enables you to apply effective data integration and interoperability in clinical practice. Learn the structure and characteristics of key standards and how to use them in practice. Explore the diversity and relationships between primary clinical systems and their data formats. Develop skills in the use of classification and terminology systems for semantic interoperability. Learn how to extract from primary systems for data analysis and long-term documentation. Our practical course content will give you the know-how you need to successfully implement clinical data integration and interoperability.

Course Structure

The course consists of a digital kick-off meeting, 4 webinars, and a final online seminar day. The webinars will take place in the evenings during the week and the online day will take place on the weekends to allow you to complete the course while working. You will also have access to a wide range of digital materials in our virtual classroom.
