Contents of the Training
The training to become a change facilitator enables employees to actively (co-)shape change. Dealing with innovative ways of thinking, giving impulses to the organization and using one's own influencing factors - these are important skills that are particularly necessary in a company during a phase of change.
- Classify characteristic features of change processes and recognize your options for action.
- Get to grips with teamwork: the tension between leadership & teams, flexibility and employee participation
- Learn resource-oriented communication techniques
- Sharpen your perception of behavioral and communication patterns in your organization
- Work on practical cases from your organization and apply innovative methods in the process
