Contents of the Training
In this four and a half day course, theoretical content and interactive "sprints" are alternated with group work. These agile workshops create an open and interactive learning atmosphere in which you can exchange ideas with each other as well as with the lecturers. This exchange is an essential part of the program concept. Supplemented by presentations and case studies, the innovation methods presented are thus directly tested and supplemented by examples from the daily practice of the lecturers.

The Invention Center on the RWTH Aachen Campus offers further education in the field of technology and innovation management to find optimized solutions for their challenges. A "world of experience" is being created in collaboration with partners from the TIME Research Area, Fraunhofer IPT, WZL of RWTH Aachen, and KEX Knowledge Exchange AG, allowing industry's future planners and decision-makers to experience the process from the initial development idea to the manufacture of products ready for series production. The fundamental concept is precisely tailored to the projects, potentials, and interests of companies.
