1. Privacy policy for our customers, interested parties and students

Personal data is requested from you in order to process and implement your inquiries and your order and is processed in our systems for the provision of services, documentation and invoicing.

In order to implement your order as a future or current student or participant in one of our events or other services offered, we process the necessary information from your CV and further performance development in our study/training programs and, if necessary, transmit this to the respective instructor/teacher/supervisor.

As a user of our more extensive services - such as rentals or individual support - we process your personal data in order to be able to provide our services and transmit them to authorities, institutions in your home countries, clients, etc. insofar as this is contractually necessary.

We only ask you for information that is necessary for our contractual relationship with you or due to legal requirements.  We delete your data as soon as the legally prescribed periods have expired or they are no longer required for other reasons.

If we have to commission other service providers as part of our service provision for you - such as subcontractors - your data will be passed on to the extent necessary. These service providers may also process your data outside the EU. In this case, we have concluded binding agreements in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR, which stipulate the corresponding level of data protection at the service providers.

If there are legal obligations to pass on your data, e.g. to authorities, we will comply with these obligations.

In addition, we have service providers who look after our computer and telephone systems and help us to provide our services, but who may only process your data on our instructions.

The transmission of information via e-mail entails risks with regard to confidentiality. If you nevertheless contact us by e-mail, we understand that we should and may also contact you in this way.

We may also contact you by e-mail to send you information about our concerns and our offers (§7 UWG). However, you can object to this at any time.

We are always keen to recommend tailored training options and keep you informed about the latest news from our training programs.

We use the double opt-in procedure to register for newsletters via the Internet. You can only receive information material from us if you confirm an e-mail sent by us and the link contained therein after providing us with your e-mail address.

In this way, we ensure that the registration is made exclusively by you as the user of the specified e-mail address. Your registration and confirmation will be logged.

Images and video material

We will publish pictures of events as part of our social media activities. We will only publish individual images if you have given us your consent to do so.

Duration of processing, storage and erasure

Your data will be stored for the required duration of the respective purposes, but at least until the end of the educational program you have selected or the contractual provision of services. If the purpose of storage no longer applies, the personal data collected from you will be deleted or blocked.

Data may also be stored beyond this if this is prescribed by international or national legislation, if a storage period prescribed by international or national legislation expires and there is no need for further storage to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Application procedure

We process the personal data you provide in order to process your application in response to the advertised vacancies or unsolicited applications. Your data will be transmitted directly to the HR department and to the respective responsible persons and used exclusively for the purpose of filling the advertised position. Once the application process has been completed, your data will be blocked for further processing and deleted after any retention obligations have expired.
