In this practice-oriented Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training, you will learn how to successfully run and manage comprehensive improvement projects using the Six Sigma methodology. As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, you will familiarize yourself with the standardized project management of Six Sigma and independently conduct improvement projects. You will also gain in-depth knowledge of advanced methods and tools for analyzing and solving problems in business processes.

Contents of the Training
The training is based on the various Six Sigma phases of the DMAIC cycle (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) and systematically presents the associated methods and tools. A continuous practical example accompanies the Six Sigma Green Belt training.

Your improvement project
Between the two training blocks, you will carry out an improvement project in your company using the Six Sigma methodology.
The corresponding project idea will be presented in the first training block. In the second block, you will present your results.

The DMAIC cycle is a systematic and data-driven methodology used in Six Sigma improvement approaches. DMAIC stands for Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control. Each phase represents a step in the process improvement journey, and the cycle is designed to enhance and optimize existing business processes.
