Course Contents
The course enables you to apply effective health prevention and work standards in organizational practice. Get to know the structure and most important features of the risk assessment regarding psychosocial hazards and learn how you can use them in practice. Approach the diversity of psychosocial hazard management from different perspectives: the legal basis, scientific findings and operational applications. Develop the skills to implement all process steps of the risk assessment cycle. Learn how to overcome obstacles, select procedures for assessing psychosocial hazards and introduce interventions. Our practice-orientated course content provides you with the necessary know-how to successfully implement the risk assessment of psychosocial hazards.
