The future of learning: How we successfully implement Social Blended Learning to foster international collaboration

Partnering in Business with Germany

This Social Blended Learning program offers a unique and enriching experience for executives looking to enhance their skills and forge valuable international partnerships. We are currently working with 21 talented businesswomen from Mexico who specialize in different sectors of the manufacturing industry.

They are eager to explore potential partnerships and bring a number of innovative collaborative ideas to life. Here's a look at their journey with us:

Program Journey

Phase 1: Virtual Introduction

The journey began in May with an engaging online session where participants were introduced to the program's objectives and structure. This initial phase provided a strong foundation, fostering anticipation and setting the stage for collaborative learning.

Phase 2: In-Person Workshop in Mexico City

The second phase brought everyone together in vibrant Mexico City. During our Introductory Workshop, participants had the opportunity to delve deeper into cooperation ideas and network with fellow managers. This face-to-face interaction was crucial for building relationships and exchanging innovative ideas in a dynamic environment.

Phase 3: Virtual Training

Currently, we are in the third phase, where participants are actively engaging in specialized virtual training sessions. Simultaneously, they are conducting searches for potential German business partners. This phase is both dynamic and strategic, as participants prepare for the next big step in their journey.

Phase 4: Germany Visit

In September, participants will travel to Germany for an immersive experience that includes training sessions, insightful company visits, and one-on-one B2B meetings with potential partners they have identified.

This phase is designed to provide first-hand insights into German business practices and solidify international business connections.

Phase 5: Online Implementation

The final phase brings participants back to the virtual space, focusing on the practical application of the knowledge and skills acquired throughout the program. This phase is essential for ensuring that participants can effectively implement their new skills and drive tangible results within their organizations.
