Successful accreditation of our Master's Degree Program “Battery Systems Engineering” by ASIIN e.V.!

We are delighted that our new Master's Degree Program in Battery Systems Engineering has successfully completed the ASIIN e.V. review process. The reviewers confirmed that the course pursues an innovative and practice-oriented concept that is perfectly tailored to the requirements of a future-oriented and highly dynamic field.

Interdisciplinary & research-oriented focus

The external auditors particularly emphasized the interdisciplinary and research-oriented focus of the program. With current topics such as recycling, diagnostics and battery pack design, the program prepares its students for the challenges and developments in battery technology research in an optimal way.

At the same time, the modern technical facilities and equipment, especially in the laboratories of CARL, which create excellent conditions for research internships and theses, were highlighted.

Flexible study design & customized learning opportunities

Another outstanding benefit of the program is the flexibility it offers students. The choice between various compulsory elective modules allows students to set their own individual focus, while five examination dates per semester support a flexible course of study.

In addition, the courses and the innovative concept were highlighted as particular strengths. Both have been developed exclusively for this program and are aimed specifically at international professionals and students with work experience.

We are proud of this result and would like to thank the auditors for their valuable advice. We are looking forward to the continued development of the program.
