One day at our Summer School
Curious about what a day at our Summer School is like? While each program varies based on the topic, here's an overview of what a typical day could look like!
Morning: Institute Visit
In the morning, you have an institute or lab visit planned. Our Summer School Production Technology Meets Industry 4.0 for example visits ITA - Institute of Textile Technology at RWTH Aachen University.
There, you'll gain insights into cutting-edge advancements in plastics and textile technology.
Afterwards: Lecture
After returning to the classroom, you'll expand your theoretical knowledge with guidance from expert lecturers.
In our Robotics & Communication Networks Summer School, you'll learn to use RoboGuide software to program a robotic education cell.
Afternoon: Case Study
After lunch, you’ll collaborate with your group on a case study. For example, in our Innovative Technologies in Automotive Engineering Summer School, participants build and program their own self-driving LEGO car with the Institute for Automotive Engineering (ika).
Evening: Barbeque
After classes, join your classmates for a BBQ outside at RWTH International Academy. Enjoy delicious food, drinks, music, games and great company!
