The Six Sigma Yellow Belt is the first step in the Six Sigma training: Here, you'll become an expert for process optimization and waste reduction based on statistical and analytical methods.
Within two days of attendance, the basic ideas and methods of the Six Sigma philosophy are conveyed. In an end-to-end practical example, problems are solved using a systematic approach.
