Participants must have the opportunity to complete a Green Belt project at their company and show at least one year of work experience.
As one of the most widely used concepts in quality management, Six Sigma provides a framework for the systematic planning and effective implementation of sustainable improvement projects through the DMAIC cycle. With the methods anchored in it, it is possible to identify root causes for difficult problems in processes and to develop sustainable solutions for them based on statistical analyzes. In particular, measurable results are being developed in the areas of process cost and waste reduction as well as shortening lead times.
The combination of e-learning and classroom training on the campus of the RWTH Aachen University is ideal regarding time and cost-efficient training. Furthermore, participants benefit from high-quality knowledge: The course begins with an online phase which teaches the basics of Six Sigma theories. In this course, participants learn the methodological knowledge by means of web-based training, instructional letters, checklists and experience targeted coaching through webinars. However, applying what you have learned remains an important component in consolidating your skills: In our classroom training, participants can apply the acquired theory in 2 x 2 days. This takes place in contact with other participants, lecturers and case studies.
